Tom is the Executive Chef at The Lickfold Inn. He is the award-winning chef and patron of Michelin-starred Restaurant Story in London. Tom’s aim is to showcase the finest seasonal produce through progressive and characteristically quirky takes on British dishes.


Graham Squire

Head Chef

Graham is the Head Chef at The Lickfold Inn. Championing the home-grown approach introduced to him by his grandparents, Graham brings experience and fine-dining finesse to the menu. He is passionate about sourcing local ingredients and creating dishes that taste as spectacular as they look.

The kitchen team is passionate about marrying traditional methods with cutting edge ideas. We have a state-of-the-art kitchen and produce food that is progressive, delicious and captures the variety and richness of the area.
